Register as a Student with the Enumclaw + Black Diamond Tutoring Program

2010-2011 School Year

You may pick-up and turn-in your completed Student Registration Packet (which includes: the Student Registration Form; Waiver, Release of Liability, Indemnification and Consent to Medical Attention; Code of Conduct agreement; voluntary disclosure of demographic information; and, a copy of the Enumclaw + Black Diamond Tutors Privacy Policy) at the tutoring center, during regular operating hours.
